I requested a custom order and was excited to receive item. It took about a month for the item to ship and once received the band itself was discolored within a week.

It is not the quality of the watch band that is in question for me. It is that I messaged the seller about changing the orientation of some of the writing on the band so that it face a certain direction, and that request was unmet. Seller claims I never messaged her about this but I did, and I never heard back from her. When I got the band and it was wrong, I immediately reached out to her, only to have my messages ignored. Ultimately, my wife loves the watch band, and put it on her Apple Watch immediately. But she would have liked the engraving on the "Mom" part of the band facing the other direction, which is what I had requested from seller. I will definitely not be using this seller again because she does not communicate with you.

Our bands are engraved to be worn as such: Large piece is placed at the top of watch face. Small piece is placed at the bottom of watch piece.
To clean your watch band, simply wash with mild soap and warm water. Dry with a soft lint free cloth.
